At Coutelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags, manuals, and documentation provided with your order.

  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
